1. First, where did you buy?

Shea Premium can be bought in three places, and each is handled a little differently:

• On our website (shea.one), handled directly by us.
• In the app on an iPhone or iPad, through the Apple App Store, handled by Apple.
• In the app on an Android device, through Google Play, handled by Google.

If you are not sure, check the receipt you received by email: it will come from our payment provider, from Apple, or from Google Play.

2. Purchases made on our website (shea.one)

Website payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We are the seller and we handle these refunds directly.

14-day money-back guarantee. Any Premium purchase made on our website (currently the one-time Lifetime plan) comes with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. This applies no matter which online payment method you used. Email hello@partnox.com from the address you used to buy (or attach your receipt) and we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you bought a subscription on our website, you can cancel it any time by emailing us or using the account link in your receipt. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not bill a renewal you cancelled beforehand.

When a refund is issued, your Premium access ends and your account returns to the free tier.

3. Purchases through the Apple App Store (iPhone / iPad)

When you buy inside the app on Apple devices, Apple is the seller and processes the payment. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms.

Cancel a subscription: on your device, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Shea → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund: visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Because Apple processes these payments, we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, but email us and we will help you reach the right place.

4. Purchases through Google Play (Android)

When you buy inside the app on Android devices, Google is the seller and processes the payment. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service.

Cancel a subscription: open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shea → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund: visit Google Play’s refund page within the eligible window. Because Google processes these payments, we cannot issue refunds for Google Play purchases ourselves, but email us and we will help you reach the right place.

5. Auto-renewal, in one place

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, using the steps for your store above. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment and never renews.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days; our 14-day money-back guarantee on website Lifetime purchases meets that, and nothing here limits any longer period the law may give you. Where a purchase was made through Apple or Google, those stores administer these rights on our behalf.
